I've been having such a good time experimenting with my Prismacolor cool grey markers. Here are a few of the more successful sketches. I can't wait to take these on the road for some life drawing exercises.
What do you do to change up your routine?
These are great sketches! To change my routine, I whine at the Mom Person and she usually comes up with something fun. Or I go a different direction when we're out in the woods.
Very nice! This is making me pine for the days when I had every marker in the cool and warm grey spectrum and a closed door meant a light head in the classroom. Thanks for sharing, Joanne.
Great job! My husband works from home, so I rarely have a routine. I invite kids over and draw with them -- always good for getting me out of any routine or rigidity. :)
Sometimes too much freedom is trouble for me. I end up doing more laundry than painting! I admire you, spreading your talent around, and what's better inspiration than a bunch of kids? Thanks for the suggestion.

ReplyDeleteThank-you.
DeleteQwincy is chocolate and lives at our house. It sounds like you two have been comparing notes.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Julie. Personally, I wish Prismacolor would make their markers scented like in grade school!
